Communicating with the Different Personality Types

Personality theory explores the ways in which the four basic types of people communicate. Participants will learn what makes the other person tick and thereafter save time trying to get their point across.

People who don't get their way usually get angry instead. Participants will learn how to keep their cool even when the other side of the conversation is melting down.

Customers are Often Wrong. Now What?

"The Customer is Always Right" must have been written by someone who never had to deal with yours. They don't have to be right, they don't have to be happy, and they don't seem to go away. Participants will learn how to disagree with their customers without being disagreeable.

Student Employment Supervisor Training

New supervisor training is scheduled for September 17 from 9-11 in the UC—Program Lounge. This training will be targeted towards supervisors new to student employment.
