Student Organizations The Math Club is a student chapter of the Mathematical Association of America and is a registered organization for students who are interested in the field of mathematics. It is open to all students, regardless of major. Meetings are generally held on the first and third Wednesdays of every month at noon. There are no dues, and there is no process to join; simply come to a meeting when you can. New members are always welcome. Meetings usually include a short presentation or a math-related activity. Past presentation topics have included cellular automata, Zome geometry, Mersenne primes, Koch's snowflakes, and a video on the code breakers of World War II. Other activities have included contest practice problems, a study session for calculus students and Trivial Pursuit.
