Student Organizations

Agriculture Club
One of the oldest clubs on campus; students participate in fun activities as well as service, on and off campus.  Activities include an annual barn bash and float trip.

Delta Tau Alpha
The agriculture honor society for those in the top 35 percent of their class.  The club is active at the national and regional level, participating in the annual convention and other local activities. 
 
Farm Bureau
The Southeast Chapter of Farm Bureau is one of five collegiate Farm Bureau chapters in Missouri.  They are sponsored by the National Farm Bureau.  The club is involved in agricultural issues both on a local and state level. 
 
Horticulture Club
The club is very active in all aspects of horticulture, bringing together majors and non-majors interested in horticulture.   They are active in club and campus activities, and eat well at their meetings.
 
Pre-Vet Club
For those students who are serious about becoming veterinarians and those who are interested in animals and animal welfare.  Activities center around improving their chances of getting into vet school.
