Leadership Laboratory is taken concurrently with each semester class.

One of the highlights of the Air Force ROTC program is the Field Training (AS 203) course that occurs in the summer before entering the Professional Officer Corps (POC) program. The program includes career orientation, survival training, junior officer training, aircraft and aircrew orientation, physical training, and first-hand familiarization with the organization and function of an Air Force base.
