Financial Counselors are the primary point of contact with Student Financial Services. These highly trained staff members can assist you through all aspects of the financial process. If you have questions about a bill, obtaining financial aid, or other financial concerns, contact a Financial Counselor.
Members of our operations staff work behind the scenes and process numerous tasks. Operations members work with third party agencies, generate bills, process credit balances, and complete many other processes.
The Cashier’s Office is responsible for collecting and processing payments to the university.

Our loan staff determines loan eligibility, processes federal and private education loans, and assists with special loan based situations (such as study abroad and second degree programs).
This area monitors compliance with our satisfactory academic progress policy. In addition they review applications for Missouri residency for fee purposes, monitors athletic scholarships and compliance, and international scholarships.
Our scholarship staff monitors scholarship eligibility/renewal, processes outside scholarships awarded to students, and administers all Southeast and state scholarship programs.
This area processes all student employment records, state grant programs, GA fee waivers, TEACH Grant program, consortiums with other institutions, as well as our Missouri Income Tax Credit program.
Verification staff verifies financial aid information, oversees the review of special circumstances or statuses, and prepares financial aid packages for students.
