Southeast Admissions Proccess

The Southeast application for admission can be completed online. Please review the information below and if you have specific admission questions please contact a representative at (573) 651-2590 or admissions@semo.edu.

If you want to be a web-based student, be sure to indicate that on the application where it asks which campus you will be attending. If you are a current Southeast student and wish to change to an online program, contact us at southeastonline@semo.edu.

All other students must apply for admission following the process below. (Note: There may be mention of on-campus requirements on the admission pages. Online students do not have to attend any on-campus events/meetings. The online degrees can be completed with no visits to campus.)


Applying to Southeast Missouri State University

The first step is to apply for admission to the University. Click on the category that fits your status to access the application, application requirements, guidelines and instructions.

Transcripts

You must request official transcripts be sent to Southeast from all colleges or universities you have attended. Transfer of credit is at the discretion of the Registrar at Southeast Missouri State University. Students with fewer than 24 transferable hours submit ACT/SAT scores and official high school transcripts. Specific instructions will be found when you follow the link for your admission category above.
