Rebecca Fulgham Director of Southeast Music Academy Rebecca Fulgham is the director of the Southeast Music Academy and also teaches piano lessons through the Academy. Formerly the head of the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, she has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education and a Master’s Degree in Piano Pedagogy from Pittsburg State University. She has maintained a studio in Cape since 1990, and lives in Cape Girardeau with her husband Marc, who is professor of trumpet in the Department of Music at Southeast.
