Towers South offers students a living environment that is an ideal mix of new and returning students.

The community-style living in Towers South is perfect for new students, and for those returning students who wish to continue to live in a community-style environment. The community-style living in South ensures a high level of involvement with other members of the community.

Each floor can house 35 students, including the Resident Assistant. Each floor has a separate shower area. A separate room has private toilet facilities. Each student room has a sink, which students find very convenient! There is a lounge with comfortable furniture, a microwave, and a television on each floor.

Students share access to a large laundry room, kitchenette, ice machine, and lounge area. The lounge has a television, comfortable furniture, and an ice machine. The large laundry room means one-stop laundry; there are enough machines to wash all of your clothes at once!

Each room is equipped with a cable TV and phone line.  There are also LAN (Local Area Network) ports for each resident of the room.

Towers South houses the following specialty housing program:

• Healthy Lifestyles: Students who live on the Healthy Lifestyles floors agree to live in an environment free of tobacco, alcohol, and other drugs. Students sign an honor code that binds them to the principles set by the floor, which include a pledge to insure that the resident and guests do not bring alcohol, tobacco, or other drugs to the floor.

Towers South adjoins Towers Complex, which includes a 24-hour service desk, study areas, lounges, central mailroom, and computer lab, as well as Towers Dining Center and Rowdy's restaurant.
