Support Services maintains the surplus property on campus. For furniture, miscellaneous
items, computers, etc., that are no longer needed by the department, a Request for
Change in Accountability form needs to be filled out and all copies returned to Purchasing
at Mail Stop 2035. Surplus viewings are Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. by appointment
only. Call 2214 to make an appointment. Then approximately once or twice per year
we coordinate the surplus sale with the State of Missouri where all items are sold
at an auction.
All public surplus auctions will be listed on the State Of Missouri, State Agency for Surplus Property Website.
