Andrew Chronister is the Agriculture Technology Coordinator at the Economic and
Business Engagement Center. Chronister provides informational and educational resources
for farmers that look to add technology to their operations. In addition, he serves
as a resource for the unmanned aerial system (drone) program at Southeast.
Andrew received a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications-Corporate Video emphasis
from Southeast Missouri State University. He worked in the television production and
advertising industry for over 25 years as a video producer. In 2013, he built his
first video drone and has conducted research on agricultural drone usage for the last
4 years. Andrew’s interests include aviation, music, drones and travel.
Andrew lives in Cape Girardeau with his wife Kim and their three adorable puppies.
