Dr. Wade joined the Department of Criminal Justice & Sociology in 1997, and previously served as Department Chair.  Before coming to SEMO, he was faculty at Western Illinois University (17 years) and Eastern Illinois University (2 years).    

When not working, Dr. Wade is often found at Southeast Correctional Center where he is involved with four prison ministry programs.  He is also a self-described bi-polar sports fan: an avid follower of Cardinal Baseball and Chicago Bears Football.
