The University holds the right to cancel classes at any time due to lack of enrollment, weather, etc. At least two business days prior to a class start date, a decision will be made as to whether or not there are enough participants registered to hold the course, or if it is to be cancelled/postponed. In such a case, participants are notified by telephone or e-mail with information about new schedules, refunds, etc.
Fully paid registrants may receive a refund minus a 10 percent administration fee (minimum of $10) if requested at least one week prior to the event. The University reserves the right to cancel any program. If the University cancels an event, paid registrants will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund. Registrants may opt, in lieu of a refund, to receive a credit on their account. Credits must be used within one year from the date of receipt.
