The official letterhead is available in 8 1/2" x 11" and is of a standardized design format. Official University letterhead is printed in two-color (PMS 186 red and black) on white bond paper. The standardized design may not be deviated from in any manner.
Unit identification may be imprinted at the bottom. It may contain the name of the college and/or department or center, telephone number, mail stop and fax number. Abbreviations (e.g., Admin., Ed.) will not be used. Imprinting for organizations below these levels is not permitted.
No personal information (e.g., email addresses, names or titles) will be imprinted on the letterhead. The signature of an individual using the letterhead should be followed by a position or title to provide suitable identification for return correspondence.
University letterhead is limited to use by official University units.

The official envelope design, as illustrated, may not be deviated from in any manner. Unit identification may be imprinted and is limited to the name of the college and/or department or center, mail stop and account number.
Three memorandum sheets are available for intracampus correspondence.
The message sheet with responses and the message sheet without responses may be imprinted with an individual's name and/or department.
The note card is 5 1/2" x 8 1/2", folded to 5 1/2" x 4.25". Blank inside.
The use of a mailing label is intended for correspondence of sufficient bulk that requires larger envelopes and packages without a printed return address.
The mailing label will be of a standardized design. Deviation from standard design is not permitted.
Business cards are of a standardized design that may not be deviated from, regardless of source of funds or level of administrative origin.
Only given names without prefixes (Mr., Mrs., Ms., Dr., etc.) may be used. Suffixes may be used to indicate professional credentials (certification and/or degrees).
The University has a standardized nametag for employees and students. Only official names, titles, units, etc. may be displayed on the nametag, which may be purchased through Namark Products Company by completing and emailing the order form.
