Southeast Missouri State University offers an unmatched variety of study abroad opportunities for students from all majors and interests.  Study Abroad opportunities range from two- to three-week short study tours to semester and academic year study opportunities.  In addition, we offer internship and student teaching opportunities overseas, as well as customized travel.

We'll help you create a memorable, exciting study abroad experience. Because our program staff have studied abroad themselves, they know the answers to all your questions—from what classes to take to which sites to see during vacation.

Our job is to help students realize their dream to study and work abroad, and to do that we offer academic programs which successfully combine students’ intellectual development with practical experience in life and work. Faculty and administration at Southeast are very serious about the important link between theory and practice. We work hard to create programs that respond to the needs of students, as they prepare themselves to make the transition from classroom to career in the new global community.
