The philosophy of Family & Consumer Sciences Education (FCSE) is to empower individuals, support families and enable communities through education and application. Upon completion of this degree, a student will be able to be certified to teach Family & Consumer Sciences courses to grades K-12. Such courses include, but are not limited to:
